Charity Golf Match for Facial Palsy UK and Coronary Care Unit at Warwick Hospital

Are you a keen golfer and would like to raise funds for Facial Palsy UK?

Why not take part in the Captains Charity Golf Classic on Thursday 19th May 2016 at Leamington & County Golf Club, Golf Lane, Whitnash, Leamington Spa, CV31 2QA?

They are seeking teams of four to take part (can be mixed teams) and the maximum handicap for Men is 24 and Ladies 32. The 2 best nett stableford scores to count on each hole.

Cost of £250 per team of four includes Dinner and Prizes.

Funds raised will be divided between Facial Palsy UK and the Coronary Care Unit at Warwick Hospital.
