- online via our dedicated Grand Prize Draw website.
Please note: due to lottery regulations this raffle is open to residents of England, Scotland and Wales only. The closing date for entries is 7 October 2016 12 pm midday.
Where are the proceeds going?
Proceeds from the Grand Prize Draw are to be used for creating patient guides for use in hospitals and GP surgeries. When first faced with a facial palsy diagnosis, adults, children, parents and carers are often given little information. There is little awareness among health professionals about the condition which can leave the patient and/or carer feeling frustrated, alone and unsure of the future. With over 50 different causes of facial palsy there is a need for several different patient guides. By taking part in this raffle you will be ensuring that someone in the future is given information at a time when they most need it, and that they feel less alone.
Can you sell tickets for us?
If so, please contact us to let us know how many to send and where to send them to. We are very grateful for any help with this. Every ticket you sell will make a difference.
