Have your say about Facial Palsy UK’s campaigns and services

In order to focus our services in the areas where they are most needed, we know how important it is to seek feedback from the wider community.  We are currently discussing ways of raising awareness in schools and are also looking for schools who might be interested in helping us pilot specific projects.

You can have your say about Facial Palsy UK’s services and campaigns by joining one of our panels. This means you will have regular opportunities to contribute to the charity’s work, whether it be by completing short online surveys, taking part in one-to-one interviews or being part of a focus group. The information gathered will then be fed back into the charity’s work.

We are currently inviting recruits to our School Awareness Panel.

We value feedback from those directly affected by facial palsy from around the world, but please note this is a UK based project.  We are particularly interested in hearing from the following:

• People who had facial palsy as a child
• Children with facial palsy (aged 13-17)
• Parents of children with facial palsy
• Secondary school teachers – particularly Drama, English, Citizenship, PSHE
• Primary school teachers
• Teaching assistants
• Psychology professionals
• Health visitors/School nurses and Pre-school teachers
